Although I disagree with him, I would like to say that I thought Cheney did very well in tonight’s debate, and I was almost touched when he put down his spin and quietly agreed with Edwards on gay marriage, going against his boss, by saying nothing at all. And Edwards didn’t push him on it, or call him out on it either. Everyone knows that’s a sensitive situation with Cheney, and seeing it not pushed in the debate really impressed me. Sure, ole Dick lied quite a few times…but not as much as his “boss”, and he certainly was more convincing when he did it. A much better debater.

Of course, he knows English. That might help, Mr. Bush.
